According to the measurements listed on Toyota's website, this should fit inside of a 10x20 shelter. You may have an issue with the entry height, but you can simply add the door panel after the vehicle is inside of the shelter to maximize your entry height.

While it would depend on the size of the cars, going on the width of the average sedan, you will likely need one that is at least 18' wide if you are looking to park them side by side. We have your 10x10 pop up canopy. Can you tell me how to get it down?
Collapsing pop-up canopies may vary a bit from brand to brand. However, the gist remains the same. Working around the canopy, going leg to leg. First, release the leg height adjusters so that the canopy is down to its lowest setting. Then, release the "slider brackets" (these brackets lock in the truss bras of the canopy). Once the slider brackets are released, you will be able to fold up the canopy like an accordion.

The exact amount of height between the peak and the top of the canopy door will depend on the model of shelter you are interested in. The doors will be zippered only on each side and can be rolled up if need be.

We have but one shelter that fits your dimensional criteria. It is our 27774. It would be advisable to build this shelter upon a base of concrete block or build a concrete retaining wall just inside the shelter to protect the shelter from the corrosive salt stored inside.

I need a vehicle canopy that is 12-14 feet wide, 20 feet long and has the far end and right side covered. I am trying to cover my in-laws 2001 Lincoln Town Car.
Can you make a 10 x 12 carport using one of your dark colored tops with 6 legs and a screen kit? I have an existing pressure treated floor in place from a metal shed that would work well with one of your products.
Unfortunately we are only the distributor of the product and not the actual manufacturer. We do not have a manufacturer that does custom made structures. As for the covering, you would want to make sure that the application of the tarp would be suitable for your weather environment. The structure would not be able to take a snow load of any kind, and it would need to be on somewhat of a slant or peak for water run off. Again it would only be recommended for a temporary structure not a permanent. The grommets of the tarp covering are spaced every 24 inches which would also need to be taken into consideration for the type of weather environment in your area.

Per the manufacturer, the side flaps are not designed to be buried, as the constant contact with moisture will cause them to degrade more rapidly. This sort of degradation would not be covered under warranty.
