How many people can fit under this tent?

How long and how many people are needed to put the tent up and take it down? Can the tent be left up for the summer in New York or will it get damaged?

It will take at least two people to put it up. The amount of time it takes will depend upon the skill level of the people putting it up.
It can be left up unless you are expecting hurricane force winds. If this type of weather is predicted, it would need to be taken down.

40x80: Total wt. 1446lb, 1 pallet, and 3 loose items. Pallet is 90L x 44W x 40H.
40x60: Total wt. 1150lb, 1 pallet, and 2 loose items. Pallet is 90L x 44W x 30H.
