It includes bungee cords that will keep it securely in place. This kit comes with 1 solid rear panel, 2 sidewalls, and 1 double zippered front door panel.

The item you have linked to is an enclosure kit only. It is meant to add to a ShelterLogic brand 12 x 20 canopy. The actual canopy is 9'-6" tall at the peak and 6'-3" at the sides.

Does the rear panel roll up out of the way?
The rear panel is not designed to be rolled up. However, it is a separate piece and can be left off. You may be able to figure out a way to roll it up on your own but it would entail detaching it from the size panels each time. Please see the product manual on the item page to see what this would involve.
