This Shelter Logic Canopy Cover Bungee Balls - 25 Pack is used to replace existing or worn out bungees you use to secure canopy covers, side panels, or extension kits to your ShelterLogic canopy. Let's face it, ShelterLogic canopies last a long, long time, but bungee cords can wear out through repeated setup and takedown, weather conditions, and extended storage.

What overall diameter are the balls of these ShelterLogic Canopy Cover Bungee Balls - 25 Pack - 53510? Also, what diameter is the cord? What is the largest diameter cord these balls can accommodate?
These bungee balls are 7 inches from the end of the plastic ball to the end of the bungee, while stretched it reaches 12 inches. This is the industry norm and we do not have smaller ones and they are meant to wrap around a maximum 3" frame .

The balls are 1" diameter and the cord is 3/16" diameter. The cord stretches to 12" in length so about 3.5" is max diameter. I used these to hang shade cloth on the side of my canopy and with a garden canopy that came with these cords. I have used similar cords from home depot that deteriorated in about 8 months. These cords are of much higher quality, and much more uv resistant. The first ones I bought are almost 2 years old and still holding tight. Hope this helps.
