The Destin Manual Retractable Awning can be projected less than 10 feet if need. The material is water-resistant, but not water-proof.

The Destin has an aluminum protective hood while the Hampton is a full cassette awning.

The only differences are the styles/designs offered and some of the awnings come with a cover for the canopy when retracted where some do not.

If you are on the outside of the home, looking into the home, the rocker arm will be on the left side of the awning.
