    Can two people live in it?  Possibly 3 people full time with all the house appliances?

    The manufacturer has not provided any information pertaining to this question. 

    The unit can be plumbed for basic appliances and the measurements are listed on the product page and literature.

    Any clearances would need to be maintained per the appliances.
