Please Note: Little Cottage Co. panelized kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.
Also Note: This shed requires full assembly. While all components will be cut to the correct length and angle, no sections will arrive pre-assembled. Note that the manual on this page is an example only and shows construction of a panelized version of this building.

Incomplete instructions & flimsy without extra lumber
This is a satisfactory 16 x 12 shed kit. It requires 2 people to fully assemble. The finished product is fairly sturdy (with extra 2 x 4's I added at the corners, around the doors & where the wall panels join at the middle of the shed) & looks great.
The instructions were incomplete. Particularly regarding how to install the doors. Basically, the instructions said to attach the doors while providing no details on how to do it. It's not rocket science but, for someone with little or no experience hanging doors, it could be problematic.
The kit contained the absolute bare minimum of lumber required to construct a shed that wouldn't fall over in a strong breeze. Without the extra 2 x 4's I added for support, I feel like a reasonably strong man could push the thing over with a little bit of effort.
Pros
Looks great. Everything was pre-cut to the correct size & fit well.
They provided lots of fasteners. No way to run out no matter how many mistakes are made.
Cons
Incomplete & at times confusing instructions.
Kit needs added support of a total of about ten 2 x 4's at the corners, around the doorway & where two 8 foot long wall panels meet to form a 16 foot long wall.
