Great kit and simple!
Roll a few times and pull the cords. It b.c. ant get any simpler! 5his is the simplest part of putting together your tent. Don't cut the door fabric too small nor too much. A little at a time is best. Use a sharp razor knife. It made it simple to cut just a tad more.

I just installed a 10x20
It took me 10 hrs working alone. Most of the time spent trying to make out the instructions. Very incomplete explanations.But good diagrams.

two doors
I have finish putting a 12"x28"x12" barn style with two doors and only one door kit. There is something wrong with this picture! if you have two door don't you think you would need two kits. Add another door kit and increase the price some. Now I need to bring my helpers due to disability to put up the new door kit. Having fun going out one but a bitch trying to go out the other. lol My wife won't let me try.
As for the experience off putting up, I didn't heard too many complaints.

Rope
I ordered two of these kits. After installation I realized that the rope slips between the roller and the frame making it difficult to operate. You have to keep moving the rope out of the crack to make it operate. A thicker rope is needed to fix the problem.
