    This ShelterLogic Portable Shelter measures approximately 12 ft. W x 28 ft. L x 8 ft. H, and their peak-style model that allows you to store large vehicles, boats and other equipment. The frame is constructed of 1 5/8 in. steel that is finished in a baked on DuPont thermoset powder coating that prevents rust and corrosion and the universal foot plates provide solid connection to the ground anchors, cement or pony walls. This shelter is covered with a tough UV treated commercial grade 9 oz. woven polyethylene cover and features the Ratchet Tite tension system and Easy Glide Sliding Cross Rails keep the cover smooth and tight. Zippered doors allow for easy access, and the shelter comes with a one year limited warranty.

    Does this cover have the same material as the 9' tall model and is it 100% waterproof?

    This unit does have the tough UV-treated, commercial-grade 9 oz. woven polyethylene cover, which is the only one we offer. ShelterLogic does have some heavier covers for their units they offer. Per the manufacturer, this unit is 100% waterproof. Thank you for your inquiry.

    Can the frame bases be bolted down to a concrete footing?
