Purchased this product from this store based in part on the fact that I was told I would "...have it in a week..." Another manufacturer told me they wouldn't even start to make my structure for at least 3 weeks.
When it arrived 10 days later, I immediately laid it out and began construction. Problem was they had sent me the paper instructions for an 8x8x8 shelter, which is very different from the one I bought. And there are no instructions for this unit on their website either. Had they mentioned anywhere in the documents that I could go to YouTube or use instructions from a different canopy, they would have saved me about 6 hours of unnecessary and duplicitous labor. But all's well that ends well as they say...
Turned out they had failed to include the 2 wind braces needed to complete the canopy, but I was able to jury-rig some out of 1" aluminum tubing until they arrived a few days later. They also included 4 tube extensions for the frame braces which were not part of my unit, so I guess you could say overall we're even.
I assembled this entirely myself, which they don't recommend, but once I got on YouTube and learned what the actual assembly progression was, it went together fairly simply. I anchored this in concrete with RedHead anchors and it turned out to be a fairly sturdy, impressive little building! It is now loaded with 6 face cords of firewood, happily drying away and will soon house all my patio furniture as well.
Stiff, solid, well constructed & good looking canopy. Nice heavy fabric covering!. BIG doors at both ends make access/egress very easy and convenient. Massive, heavy duty zippers. Looks like it will last several years!
Very poor assembly instructions included with unit resulting in major disassembly and reconstruction. Missing parts (very quickly remedied) delayed construction.
