Is this canopy waterproof?

This canopy is indeed waterproof. The cover is heat bonded, triple layered, polyethylene with enhanced weaving to ensure it is 100% waterproof.

Can you set up this tent on concrete floor?

Thank you for your inquiry. You can set up on asphalt or concrete but you will need to still anchor down into the concrete.

Per the manufacturers manual they state the ground needs to be flat for the proper installation/assembly.

Nice Shelter
Well built.. This was assembled in about a day and it seems sturdy.
Good construction, includes plenty of hardware, looks good.
The instructions are not clear for some of the steps, however, watching an assembly video immediately cleared up any confusion.

Excellent Canopy
I live in Vermont. It covers my 1965 Thunderbird. We had an ice storm so the peak dropped down. My car is fine. Thank You.
