I'm looking for a camping canopy, mainly for shade, but must be able to cope with wind (occasional thunderstorm) and rain(downpour to day long soaker). We go camping 5-6 times a summer for 3-4 days at a time.

The only instant canopy we carry that is completely waterproof is the Vitabri V3 10 x 10 Aluminum Pop Up Waterproof Canopy.

Hello I am looking for a 12x12 canopy with side walls. Do you carry these? If so what is the price? I am looking for at least three to purchase for a Boy Scout troop.

We do not currently carry any 12 x 12 canopies with walls. We do carry many 10 x 10 Canopy Package deals the include walls as well as roller bags for storage and transport.

I run an apparel company and was wondering the price on a 10x10 tent customized with our company name on it or logo per say on it.

We have some that are partially opaque but almost all of them will let some light through. Please let us know what size you are interested in and whether you need it to be truly opaque or if some light is acceptable and we will be happy to look into this further for you.

What would be my best option for a recreational pop-up canopy that could handle wind (15 mph+ winds, not uncommon here)? This is for recreational use. I was thinking 10'x10' but I'm open to whatever options may be best suited for this.

The 10 x 10 size is the most common. We would recommended one of our Caravan Canopy Package Deals. You can click on the link and when you get to the item page, you can use the Narrow Selection By feature on the left side of the page to show you only the Caravan brand canopies.

Where do I find just the canopy 8 x 8 for Quik Shade (Shade Tech)?

We do not sell that replacement canopy. You should contact Quik Shade directly.

Can you recommend some type of shade for the beach that will withstand wind and is easy to put up and take down?

An item that is easy to put up and take down would be one of our Canopy Package Deals; however, these are not wind rated.

I am looking for a 12 x 12 pop up style canopy to take to the beach which will withstand the wind. I would prefer aluminum, straight legs, sturdy to last outdoors. Can you recommend one?

Pop up canopies are not engineered to withstand high winds.

I have the frame for an EZ-Up Canopy, but I'd like to get a new Canopy for it. Do you sell just the EZ-Up Canopy without the Frame? The size is 10 x 10.

No. Unfortunately we do not have repalcement parts for EZ-Up brand products.

We do indeed sell Caravan Alumashade Replacement Parts.

The shortest we have is 51 inches.

Hello, I'm looking for the strongest, best quality, pop up tent for drag racing. Best frame, steel, best leg locks. 10' x 20'. What do you recommend?

The best would be the Caravan Monster Industrial Aluminum Canopy with Professional Top - 10 Foot x 20 Foot.

Is it possible to purchase the canopy itself without the metal structure? Our metal frame is still in excellent working condition, but the sun and weather have frayed and torn the fabric of the canopy.

We sell replacement tops for certain frames. Please advise the manufacturer and size of the frame you have now, so that we might advise on a replacement.

I have a 10 X 10 blue canopy. I'm looking for the curtains. Do you have them?

Please advise the manufacturer of the tent you currently own, so that we may recommend the correct replacement walls. You should find a manufacturer patch stitched into your canopy top.

Carl from Eustis Fl. asked:

What is the best way to clean a canopy?

It is best to clean the canopy fabric with something gentle (like Dawn soap) and warm water, so as not to damage the UV and fire-retardant coating.

Ron from Reno, NV asked:

Are your collapsible/pop up canopies waterproof?

By definition, almost all of our pop up canopies are water resistant only. They are designed primarily as shade canopies and while they will stand up to a passing shower or drizzle, they are not designed for prolonged use in heavy rain. The canopy fabric may withstand water permeation, but the structure itself can be damaged from the weight of water pooling on the top of the canopy. If you must use a pop up canopy in rainy conditions, the best product on the market is the Vitabri V3 10 x 10 Aluminum Pop Up Waterproof Canopy. Unlike other canopies that use a polyester top, this canopy relies on a completely impermeable vinyl top with a heavily reinforced frame.

Jim from Arizona asked:

Out of the 10 x 20 straight leg canopy listed, which one has the highest quality frame?

These items are basically the same regarding materials, they are just made by different manufacturers. Any items which are labelled as "Commercial-Grade" will be higher quality.
