Customer Q&A with Product Specialists

Nick from West of Chicago 80 miles asked:
Is the PatioMate screen-house something that could easily be put up in the spring and take down in the fall? Can it handle snow?

This unit is not snow rated. The manufacturer advises you can leave the frame and panel up, but to take the cover off during the winter season. The item is designed to be attached to the house, so it can depend on the customer if they want to take the complete structure down during the fall/winter season.

Rick L. from Meredith NH asked:
I just purchased the Casita 11'7" SquareScreenhouse. What are the exact outside dimensions of the screen room? What size platform do you recommend and is there any need for the platform to be larger than the screen room? What is the best method to secure the screen room to the platform?

This screen house measures 11'7"L x 11'7"W. There are no platform recommendations for this item as it is not a permanent structure. It features stake loops at its base to which anchors could be attached.
