We are looking for a tent for golf course outings of 100 to 120 people. what size do you recommend?

If you are only having guests with no seating then a 20 x 30 will work just fine for 100 people, but if you plan on having seating arrangements then a 20 x 40 will work for you.

Am looking for a canopy to seat approx 200 persons under for a gathering. How large should I plan on looking for?

Based on estimations, you should probably look for at least a 30x45 feet tent. You must also take into consideration seating arrangements.

I am looking for a durable canopy for an outdoor seating area at my restaurant. I prefer a canvas top. What are my options?

Of course, your required size will be a large determining factor in which tent we'd recommend to you. But, considering your application, I think one of our Classic Frame tents would be your best bet. These structures are much more professional and can withstand more lengthy 'residence times" than any of our pop-ups. Please note, though, that our tops for the these tents are vinyl. We do not have any canvas top options.

Do all your tents come with fire resistant tent tarps? Also I would like to know what material the poles are made out of and if the sidewalls are able to be taken completely off.

Not all of the canopies we have available for purchase have fire retardant tops and the frame material will vary between manufacture and models. In almost all cases the sidewalls that are available will be able to be taken off.

I'm looking for an outdoor commercial tent to use for long-term use. This tent will be covering an outdoor fitness center from rain and sun. The tent size either has to be 30x50 or 40x50 and can't have any poles in the middle. Do you have a recommendation?

I want to create shade on my restaurant patio. It can be a windy area. I want to be able to leave it up year round. What canopy would you suggest?

Pop up-style canopies are not meant to leave up year round and I would recommend considering a Frame Tent instead.

I work with the LPD 26 Pre-commissioning crew and we are looking for a 80' x 80' tent that will go up on the ships flight deck. Can you recommend a sturdy tent with sidewalls and no windows?

We have a area over a lazy river at our public pool that we are considering putting a tent over in the the winter from mid-October to mid - March. The tent would need to be approximately 40 ft x 50 ft to enclose the entire section. It would need a roof and sides. It does not need a lot of head clearance, in fact, 6 ft roof with minimal slope would be sufficient. It would be on a concrete slab on all sides so I'm guessing we would weigh it down with barrels unless there is a better option. What would you recommend as the best product or products for us?

I am a board member for our local baseball & softball league. We are looking for a spring and summer canopy for our snack bar and seating area. It would need to be approximately 30x60 or larger and be able to withstand heavy rain and wind - in addition to some pop-up foul balls. Any suggestions?

Do you have a black decorative 12 ft pole that I can anchor my sun shade sail too?

Unfortunately not. We carry only a hexagonal aluminum pole that is 9 Ft tall.

Do you have a tent that could seat 500 students and lunch tables and be heated in cold weather?

By my estimate, it will take a shelter of approximately 80x120 to comfortably seat 500 students while leaving room for walking, serving, and storing. I recommend the Premier 80 X 140 Ultimate Party Tent .
