I purchased after reading the reviews and contemplating between building one from stick lumber.
I was very pleased with how it was packaged to protect from trucker damage. I am a carpenter/maintenance technician so I didnt have much fear of the installation. I put it together alone in one sunny windless day. I thought the directions were clear cut. The only time I got held up was changing the door location as one of the weatherstrips that hold each section together fought me going back in. Once I got past that I motored along quickly. I would have given this five stars but I believe that the underside of the vinyl roof should have more velcro hold downs to keep the roof attatched to the metal rafters. I watch on windy days at the wind coming in the porch and pushing up on the underside of the roof and wonder how much they can tolerate before they give in. Every rafter should have had tie downs but some do not. I will sweat nor easters when they come bringing there whipping winds. I guess if extremely bad weather is coming the roof should be rolled back and tied down until it's passed. Other than that It looks fantastic. prepared to buy a replacement roof about every 3 -4 years.
