You can find the manual here showing the base plates on all ribs save for the very front and back of the frame.

Side benefits were unexpected
The tent was just what I wanted and the quality is good. It is to be used to shelter my boat building project over the winter. Two unexpected benefits were a nice surprise. The dark color collects the sun's warmth so the my working hours are extended on a cold day. We were able to use the tents upright supports as a temporary lifting device when turning the boat over.

Shelter quality and customer support
When the 12 x 20 x 10 shelter arrived, it turned out to be 13' wide instead of 12'...that was a plus. The web strap, that secures the end of the canopy was shipped in two sections. That made it impossible to secure the end. I purchased 35 feet of replacement strap from a local merchant and submitted the invoice to Shelter Logic for warranty replacement. The reimbursement was against their policy, so they sent a replacement canopy instead...a bit overkill...but it works for me. Shelter Logics' Customer Service is easily accessible and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the shelter seems to be very good. We haven't had any significant weather to judge its strength, but I'm betting it will stand up just fine.
