I love this canopy!
The top really lasts for 8 years but I used my first one ten . I use two 10x20 with a 20 ft rain gutter and it is the best for my craft shows. I must say the older tents came with a better storage bag than the new ones though. So I’m giving really 4 1/2 stars but it won’t let me put the half star in .

Professional Canopy
Our swim team recently purchased three canopy tents and although we have only used them once they appear to be great. The setup and take down process was easy with one person on each leg. We liked them so much we order two additional canopies of other areas on the pool deck.
One of the tents had a bent leg which happened during construction. eCanopy's customer service was great to work with. They quickly shipped a replacement leg out.

Very Difficult to Stretch the Top over the Frame
So far I have liked the quality of the product. However you are supposed to be able to put it up with just two people. It took us a good 5 hours start to finish (expanding, securing the legs, running ties to the group at the corners to keep the top from blowing off in wind, etc.). We had put it up and had the velcro on the legs at the top secured but had not run the lines from the top corners to a secure place on our deck. We got a wind overnight and I found half the canopy hanging down between the top trusses. After about another hour of labor before going to work I got everything secured. That evening I added more rope ties. Now if the top comes off it will be because it took my deck with it. I would recommend 4 people put this model up.

I had a very similar product for the past seven years. This one is clearly a better design and I expect to have no problems with it over time. Good value at the sale price of $670. Overpriced at full list in my opinion.

Our Canopy Looks Fantastic!
We are so pleased about the canopy we purchased for our recreation complex. We just put it up the other day and it looks great. The 10x20 canopy nicely covers our snack stand roof deck. We will be fully protected from the elements this football season and will be able to comfortably watch and announce our games under our awesome new tent. Thanks eCanopy!
