Vitabri V3 10 x 10 Aluminum Pop Up Canopy, which is available with either a white, blue or black top and walls. The walls are available either as solid, with windows or with a door (zippered).

Do not machine wash this product. Please, use lukewarm water and mild soap to clean the canopy top. The top is only water resistant, not waterproof, and cleaning it will not affect this state.

No pop-up canopy will withstand weather conditions well enough for leaving it set up year round. If you are looking for a more permanent structure, you may want to look at a pole or frame tent.

That would be instant canopies. They are also known as pop-up canopies. In most cases the smaller sizes like 10x10 can be put up by one person very quickly if they have had practice and know how the product works. I would recommend having help for the first few set-ups until you are familiar with how the moving parts function and lock in place. It often helps to practice before your event.
