    Bad Buy
As a veteran camper, I bought this light weight tent hoping that it would prove to be a good short trip tent, but it was not. I purchased it for a week long camping trip, and after only two days it was almost completely wrecked. Eventually, I discovered the problem was the rainfly, but by that point it was too late to save the tent. The poles that hold the rainfly above the doorway that broke their sleeves during a light summer storm causing the overhang to fall over the door. The back window seemed to hold much better. The only good thing I can say about this tent is that, despite falling apart, it didn't leak on me. However, I can no longer use this tent and would advise you against purchasing it. It is simply unreliable.

    Not Happy
This tent is simple to put up, and is quite roomy. However, all the good things I have to say about it stop there. On just my second camping trip with this tent both elastic ropes inside the main poles broke. We did handle the tent roughly or store it irresponsibly. The breaks were the fault of poor quality. We did manage to get customer service to ship us replacement poles, but they are making us pay for shipping. Overall, I'm not very happy with this tent or the customer service I've received.

    Perfect for Weekend Trips
I regularly take this trip with me on motorcycle to weekend camping spots. It's small enough to easily fit onto my bike, but when erected, it is large enough for two people with plenty of storage space. The tent has some side pockets on that work great for storage, but my favorite part about this tent is the fact that I never wake up to condensation on the inside of the tent, not matter how cold the night is. I've several of different model tents of this brand, and have only been let down once, and that was by a two decade old tent that probably needed replacing anyway. This tent is a great buy and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Poor Quality, Good Price
This tent is well designed, but the quality of the parts has been slipping in recent years. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I identified several problems, the most obvious of which was that the pole clips are weak. I also had to re-tie several of the knots, and got very little help from the company's non-existent customer service. The only reason to consider this tent is that it is well priced.

    Simple, Easy Set-Up Design
This tent features a wonderful design that makes setup quick and easy. Tent rods clip easily onto the tent via special snaps, instead of having to feed through sleeves. My only complaint about the tent is that it doesn't feature window shades, as some tents do. Only the rain tarp offers cover for the windows, unlike zipper shades that some other tents feature. There is, however, a zippered shade for the door of the tent on this model.

You Can Get a Better Tent For Less
I've owned one of these tents for almost ten years and have been very happy with it. I purposefully bought this tent because it was the same brand as the one I already had, but had a different design that I liked better. But almost as soon as I set this tent up, which was very easy to do, I began to notice quality problems with it. The first thing I noticed was that it had two inches of missing stitching, which I dismissed as an anomaly because I really wanted to keep the tent. However, after that, I realized the tent also had several small holes. At this point, I started to become skeptical about that tent. Still, though, I wanted to keep the tent because it was so easy to set up and because I could already tell that it had amazing ventilation. So I took on a camping trip the next week to Canada. It set up easily again, and held up okay to the rain we had that week. It wasn't great, but it did well for our three night trip. After the trip, I decided to keep the tent. But after getting home, I noticed that the tent was literally falling apart. When I realized could get a tent of comparable quality for so much less from a big box store, there was just no way I could justify keeping this one. With much disappointment, I returned this tent. I use to trust this brand, but their quality seems to be slipping, or perhaps they're allowing other tent makers to use sell under their brand. Whatever the case, this tent is not worth the price and, sadly, I cannot recommend it.

    Will Continue to Use
I purchased this tent for an extended camping trip in Yellowstone and the Black Hills. For more than 2 weeks I used this tent and had absolutely no problems. Some reviews have complained about difficulties with the zipper, but I personally had no problem with it. Beyond that, this tent successfully withstood freezing temperatures and harsh rain with no problems whatsoever. The ventilation couldn't have been better, and I could not be more happy with anything about this tent. I will continue to use it on future trips.

    Kept Me Dry
I bought this tent for a weekend camping trip I went on with some friends. I was very pleased with the tent when it proved easy to set up that Friday night, but was somewhat disappointed with the size of the tent. Its claim to fit four people seems like a bit of an exaggeration, as I could only fit two people and my gear in the tent. However, the tent found itself back in my good favor later that night when we were hit with a huge downpour and the tent proved to be waterproof. I slept great, even though one of my buddies woke up with a half inch of water on the floor of his tent. Be aware that this tent isn't quite as large as they claim, but I would highly recommend this tent for two people.

    Worth the Money
I bought a couple of these tents to use on a family vacation and was pleased with them. I was able to put them up easily enough and it seemed like they were well made. I wouldn't use them in places where the weather might turn severe, but for light use, they were worth the money I spent on them.

Well-Designed Tent Perfect for Motorcyle Travel
I used this tent while touring with my motorcycle. It was a little too big to fit into my trunk, but it worked perfectly in my trailer. The tent is very easy to set up, but I did find different tent stakes for better hold. We had three men in the tent, with sleeping bags, and I think it is a good size for two men to sleep comfortably on air mattresses. We could have used my friend's bigger tent, but this one is easier to pop up, take down, and store. The door zipper is typical, but as long as you grip the pull carefully, it has no problems. There are some great pockets on the inside of the tent, which are adjustable. Perfect for storing things off the floor of the tent. There is a great rain fly covering the tent, that doesn't smother ventilation, and there are covers over the door and window. The mesh isn't covered enough to keep heat in on cool nights, but it is not a problem if you dress with that in mind and have warm bedding. I've had this model for over three years, and still haven't seen any signs of tear or wear from the poles. I like this particular size of the Tetragon series tents, but there are others available for your selection.

Customer Service Makes up For Tent Failure
This tent is an absolute cinch to set up. I can do it in under 3 minutes. It's a little bit more expensive than my previous tents, but it seems to work flawlessly. But with my last tent tearing in the middle of a storm, I decided it was worth it to spend a little extra on this tent. I've taken this tent on three separate camping trips and have been very pleased with it; the tent seems to be very sturdy. A tent worth buying. UPDATE 18 MONTHS LATER: I now love this brand of tent. I have eight different models of this brand that are all more than five years old. The tent I reviewed a year and a half ago was different than the other ones, though. It was made in China, not the U.S. I don't know if that explains what happened recently, but it's the only explanation I have. In the middle of the night (at 3:00 am) the loops that hold the top poles in place suddenly gave out causing the tent to collapse on us. It was a clear night with no inclement weather. Frustrated, I was going to throw it away, but decided to give customer service a call. Although the tent let me down, customer service did not! They agreed to send me a brand new tent if I mailed the old one back to them! With the lifetime guarantee on this tent, and the track record of this company's other tents, I see no reason to purchase any other tent again!

    Great Brand
I purchased this tent three years for a motorcycle trip and have consistently been pleased with the quality of it ever since. It fits two large men and their air mattresses with ease. I was a little disappointed with the stakes, and the tent can get a little cold at night, but I simply purchased higher quality stakes and got a nice, warm sleeping bag, and have since had no problems. One of my camping friends has a much larger tent this one, but we always use mine because it is just so easy to set up and take down that it makes up for the size difference. Really, you can't go wrong with any model tent in this brand. Just choose the size tent you want, and you'll be more than pleased with the quality of tent you receive.
