What's the trick in lining up the seam for the peak? Does it have to be staked down first?
    1 Answer
You'll use the "Twist Tite" corded hooks at the four corners of the cover to align the top: First, wrap the cord with a plastic ball and "S" hook at the corners of the cover around the corner leg poles. Insert "S" hook into the hole of the corner leg poles. Then, twist each leg pole toward the inside of the shelter until the cover becomes tight. Twist the leg poles equally to ensure the cover stays aligned during tightening.

Looking for a shelter for my 15 foot RV... height is 8.5 feet. Will this work?
    2 Answers
This unit will not be tall enough. The height of the opening is 6'3" and the height at the peak is 9'6".
Submitted by: Tinisha H. on March 26, 2018
The lower set of horizontal crossbraces are at 6'8", I use solid concrete 10" blocks for anchors raising that to 7'2" and that would only give you a usable width of 4ft. To use this canopy with a 8.5ft. tall RV, guessing it is a standard 8ft. wide, you would need to use 20' tall blocks to anchor the canopy.

    Does this 10' x 20' have a fire-proof rating?
    1 Answer
We do not have any canopy shelters that have a fire proof rating and this one states, "Do not smoke or use open flame devices (including grills, fire pits, deep fryers, smokers or lanterns) in or around the shelter. Do not store flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene, propane, etc.) in or around your shelter. Do not expose top or sides of the shelter to open fire or other flame source." However, we do offer the ShelterLogic 10 x 20 Super Max Commercial Grade 8 Leg Canopy Shelter with Enclosure Kit here and it has a CPAI 84 Section 6 Compliant for FR Rating.

They do. As long as you are purchasing the canopy shelter, it has the frame, bungees and cover. It also has the plastic feet for the poles. You will need to provide your own tie-down stakes and lines, and I don't think these come with the "pin" stakes used to fasten the plastic feet to the ground in higher winds. So the shelter comes complete except for the wind resistance items - some people use sand or water bags rather than stakes and lines, which is I think why the lines are not included.

i only have room for a 8x20. need one to cover my trailer and a couple of walk behind mower from the rain getting into the gas tanks and the tree junk coming down on the equipment. maybe the motorcycle. It could be even be without the front shade if that would save a little money, but i need it to be strong for the winter months and about 6 foot high.

My canopy shelter was 10x20 and it was put up in my driveway. I live in San Diego so I do not have to put up with any harsh winters. However, 2 of the legs were damaged in a wind storm and I am trying to find out from Shelter Logic what the cost of replacement parts would cost me. 10 x 20 canoly
It took me only 30 minutes to have it up on my back yard. Everything are well labeled and instructed.
It is perfect set for the price The stakes only hold the plastic bases to ground, a strong wind would lift everything up. The cotter pins could be used to lock all sections together. I used the rope to hold the horizontal tubing to the states.

Exactly how it was portrayed online!
I could not be happier with my eCanopy! They were so on top of everything! Telling me when it could be sent and when it arrived! Great, cause it is at a summer camp and I was not there!

I like the looks of it and it will keep the pine sap and needles off my car for the summer! Wish I had done it years ago!

However, just to let you know - the box was in horrible condition and actually torn open, but it was fortunate that they were in good condition and we could put up the canopy. Thanks, would recommend you to anyone!

Makes a perfect low cost porch
Our porch was much too hot in the sun, this canopy provides shade and comfort, adds "another room", and allows us to enjoy the fresh outdoors in comfort
Ordering process quick and easy, and product arrived promptly. The frame parts slide apart very easily, canopy would become airborne with even a mild wind. Instructions should suggest securing frame pieces to each other. We used white duct tape, which works beautifully.

    Very happy !
Just purchased a canopy shelter for my BMW, as my new garage is a finished room. I was very hesitant about not having a garage, but the canopy has worked so well in the last two rains here in Norcal, I'm no longer concerned. There is enough room for me to stay out of the rain getting in and out, as well -- and protection from the sun is a boon. Great product -- good price. Very easy assembly !

    Stores well, Shelters adequately
The Max AP is made of the smaller 1-1/8" diameter tube stock throughout. It is a little easier to put together than the previous version, though the twist-lock can be frustrating when taking it down. Cover isn't bad, not the most robust top, but not the thinnest either - will not tolerate bleach or scrubbing, so keep it clean. breaks down to reasonable size pieces, which helps in storing it. Does not come with lines and stakes, but does include bungies. Enclosure kits (sides) sold separately. This will keep wind-less rain and dew off your stuff. I would not try to keep it up in 30mph winds without having cabled the leg/rafter assemblies and lashing the corner eaves together. It will try to roll, so stake it and pin down the "feet". Greatest chance of destroying itself is if it gets loose and starts to roll or has one connection come loose and then starts to curl up on itself. Best if you can fasten it to something else with greater wind resistance. Tubes can buckle under heavy winds. When high winds are expected, remove the legs and lash it to the ground.
Easier to store than the Super Max Not as sturdy as the Super Max

    23522 Product Review
When I started looking for a good strong cover for my car, this product kept coming up on my internet searches. Good price and strong build was evident in this cover. Living in a HOA neighborhood - I knew I needed some thing 6 ft or less, i figured I could modify the 8' tall cover to fit what I needed. When we put the unit together, not using the lower extensions allowed me to achieve the 6 foot height limit along with the strong structure of the original unit. Very happy with the 23522 cover!

you get what u pay for
This shelter is fine for mild weather areas and the price is fair. It provides adequate sun and rain shelter but it is simply not strong enough for snow. Don't buy it if you live in harsh climates unless you plan to remove the canopy before snow or windstorms.

    10x20 ft. canopy
Item was as described and at an excellent price. However the 10yrs it is suppose to last is not so. This is my 3rd and 4th one. Just does not hold up in Florida. Will last a about 3 years. But so far it is by far the best I have gotten.
I am single woman, and was able to assemble by myself. It would be easier with another person. Heavy boxes always arrive broken open and UPS tapes them shut so you may loose parts. I keep buying the same one, so I already have parts and figure I could use old ones if missing something. Rope supplied is cheap and will not hold up. Buy a good quality rope and don't bother using the one supplied.

except for 2 poles that got slightly out of round in transporting, it went together very well. Had to wrk around some obstacles but still was able to put together by my daughter and myself.
appears to be ver strong fabric 2 posts and feet were slightly out of round but was bale to straighten them quickly
