Do they offer just the "tent" material replacement for the 8' x 8' instant storage shed canopy? If you rip the material, can you just buy the replacement? My canopy got ripped from hail. I bought a new 8' x 8' and used the existing frame as there was nothing wrong with it. Now, I have a full box of new the frame parts. If I could get just the existing material alone that would be swell. Then, I could have two canopies. Thank you.

it comes with braided wire to attach to stakes or other tie downs, but does not come with that hardware. I purchased the 18" stakes to go with it, but was not able to get them in the ground (too many rocks). I staked it down with tent stakes and tied it to a tree and had no problems with it in my fairly sheltered back yard through the winter

I would recommend this item to a friend.
Assembly was pretty straightforward following the manual but would suggest watching a few YouTube videos first just to familiarize yourself. The tubing is strong, as is the material used for covering the framework. The ratchets work well to tighten the covering. Where I needed to put this shed was not level so I built a platform with treated 2x4s and plywood. Happy I did because this allowed easy squaring of the frame. The auger stakes would have worked nicely, except I have ledge rock. This is was the other reason I decided to build a heavy platform so I could anchor the frame to the platform with lag screws.
Heavy duty. It survived 40 mph winds in last night's storm. Because of the dark color of the covering, there is solar gain and it has been warm to work in. It does take a significant amount of time to assemble and definitely two people. My only strong disappointment is that the back and front flaps are not like the overlapping side flaps. I can somewhat understand the zippered front panel not having an overlapping flap, but the back panel allows for wind to drive rain and drifting snow in, and a cold draft. I have had to fuss with this problem and still have not come up with a good solution.

Great Shed for the Price and Ease of Placement
So far the materials seem very sturdy. It took us a bit longer to construct due to the size and one of us not being the handiest person in the world. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, but if I would have one complaint, the nuts, screws, and washers came in one large bag, we didn't realize until an hour into construction that there were different screws for different areas of the frame and it was hard to match the screw to the identification number on the instructions. It would have been a ton more helpful to have those separated by identification number to make it abundantly clear they need to go into specific areas. Other than that we are pleased with it. The description on the website is spot on to what you actually do get so it did suit the need we had very well!
The website description and actual product are similar. Screws and bolts could have been separated to make matching a bit easier.

I love my 6x6x6 Shed, but the 8x8x8 Instructions are absolutely horrible. These are my comments:
I have the XXX 703 XXX 704 shown as the top left and right edges for the 8x8x8. The instructions seem to say that the front to middle ribs should be the same as the bottom to middle ridges. But from what I understand by the instructions the parts I received, it looks like the front rib left and right tops are 703 x 704, but when looking at the instructions, the bottom front to right ribs are 704 x 704 (and the only reason I can figure this is because of the A figure on page 6 that shows the 704 being connected to another 704.So it appears to me that the rear end of the side rails on both sides should be 704 x 704)

Are the back ribs on the top side rails 703 x 704 in the front and 704 x 704 on the back? From the instructions it appears that the front and back ribs should be attached to the middle in reverse (ie if the attachment from the middle to the back rib is 703 X 704, the attachment to the front rib should be 704 x 703 (each side being reversed).

It seems that the two Side Cross Rails (page 5, image A) only applies to the front rib and not the back rib. It looks like the back rib should be 704 x 704 instead of 703 x 704.

I'd love to see a new PDF or even more so love to charge Shelter Logic with updating the manual instructions for the 8x8x8 PDF. I only hope that what I think is correct (no matter how convoluted) might make as much sense as the 6x6x6 which I've already purchased and was easily put together.
Awesome for winter; good for my motor scooter which I use in the winter; good wind resistance when I have 2 sides that are out of the wind; sturdy construction; doesn't move during the wind; no wind/rain/snow deterioration during the year (I live in Michigan). When I realized I had a missing pipe, customer service was extremely nice and helpful sending me that missing part. I can't say enough about the 6x6x6, but I also have wind resistance on two sides. If they can get an updated instruction manual that would make my rating 100%. Instructions are horrible especially when comparing the left side attachment to the middle rim and the right side attachment. It appears that the attachments should be mirrored, but the top "side rails" are different between the back and the front. The instruction manual should be updated and for a fee, I am willing to make those instructions :) The website hasn't been updated to provide more detailed instructions. It will probably take putting most of the frame together to see whether or not the instructions are accurate. I'm afraid that it's going to take my putting the whole frame together until I realize if the front and back "side rails" should be the same or different. If they're not supposed to be what I'm assuming they should be then I'm going to have to wait to get replacement parts.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do
Good quality for the price. We installed it under a deck so I guess it should last longer.
has quite a to of space and we were able to fit everything we needed.
Description from the website is accurate.
All parts are numbered which makes the frame installation pretty easy Good quality for the price Frame looks sturdy. The installation guide could be better explained when it comes to installing the tarp Screws are not in separate bags and it took a while to sort them. Tarp might be a little thin.

    Better than we expected
We purchased this shed for additional storage while we were remodeling our camp. After ordering it, we were afraid that maybe we should have ordered a larger size. It arrived much more quickly than we expected. All the parts were in the package. We have never put anything like this together before, but with the easy instructions, it went together very quickly.
Once assembeled, we were pleasantly surprized that it held much more than we expected.

    Shelter Logic 8 x 8 Canopy
It arrive on time and everything was in the box with some extra hardware. After laying all the parts out on a table I had it all assemble in little over four hours. I had my wife help when I started to put the shelter up. All the holes line up and all the tubes went together with no problem.

Not a big deal but you do have to read and study the instruction so you get the right parts for the shelter. This could be improve upon to make it easier to understand. But this will not keep me from buying another canopy from this store.

Great Deal on a Storage Tent
I've purchased this and the King Canopy 7 X 12. While the King Canopy was easier to setup, this tent appears to be much more stable in weather (large auger stakes included). Everything assembled easily following the instructions. For the price, a great deal.
Lots of head-room inside. Secures to the ground better than King Canopy. Longer setup requires a second person compared to King Canopy.

    Good product overall
I live in Eastern Massachusetts and bought this with the hopes it will last for at least two to three years before I move again. I didn't want to spend $800 on a resin shed like I did at my last house only to move and leave it. I bought this for a lot less and hopefully it'll last through the winters. It took me 3.5 to 4.0 hrs to put together by myself. The only help I had was with my kids holding one side of the legs so I could get the other side on. If you are looking for this product to be 100% waterproof like a resin shed I do not think you'll get it for the mere fact that there is not a floor with it. I mounted mine on a wooden platform and do not expect it to keep 100% of the water from getting inside from the bottom. Here is how I rate this product:

Positive: - Inexpensive shed to cover items from rain, snow and sun. - Directions were easy to follow. - Lightweight made it easy to move. - Quick delivery. - Price was fair. Negative: - There was one set of holes in one of the tubes that was incorrectly drilled, it was off by half an inch. No problem and not a show stopper, I drilled my own holes. - I thought the material would be thicker but what came will suffice. - When ratcheting down the straps for the front and back panels I had to run the straps around the poles because the glued portion of the panel isn't strong enough to hold. Once you put the straps over the horizontal side poles and under the bottom horizontal poles it was good to go. - I couldn't get mine as tight as the picture on the box...the front and rear panel are looser than the picture on the box because the material is bigger than the frame. Still works and I am satisfied.

    Surprisingly good
Assembly was easy and assembling in place is best. Had some trouble getting the canopy as tight as I thought it should be and I suspect some future cranks on the included fasteners will be required. All in all a pretty good quality shed that assembled easily. Placing the canopy did need 2 people.
Tough material, included all hardware, simple instructions, parts well labeled. Went together with not too much fuss. The canopy is hard to get tight. But we have had one snowstorm and the snow just slid off the shed, so maybe it is as tight as it should be...

    Assembling the shelter
The product arrived very promptly after ordering. As we started to lay out all the parts, everything seemed fine. However, once we got the frame up and started to put the back and front covers on it became apparent that we were not doing something right. They were both hanging rather loosely and no matter how many times we read the instructions, we just couldn't figure out how to tighten them up. The next day my husband finally came up with a fix and it actually lined up with the instructions. But, I know we both found the instructions rather vague. It's up now and we are very happy with the results.
It looks exactly as advertised. Seems sturdy and we have both motorcycles stored in it. The instructions seem vague in places.

    Cool shelter in Hot Texas
Although unit'; cardboard container was nearly torn apart, content was intact and all the parts were available. It took about 5 hours to assemble the frame.
The fabric has not been installed as I decided to use the supplied anchors in concrete as the unit will be in a permanent place.

If unit is to be moved I suggest that the customer order the optional anchor kit.

On a recent trip to Northeast Canada, I saw these shelters everywhere and it was perfect to store my riding lawn mower in Texas.
Price, simplicity and move-ability;. Shipping carton.
